Each package includes a specified number of design revision rounds. A revision is defined as a consolidated set of feedback provided in a single communication. The following conditions apply:

• Revisions must be submitted in writing (email or shared document).
• Additional revision rounds beyond those included will be charged at our standard hourly rate.
• Revisions that constitute a significant change to the original agreed brief may be treated as a new scope and quoted accordingly.

Project timelines vary based on complexity, client responsiveness, and current workload. As a general guide:

• Logo & branding projects: 2–4 weeks from brief sign-off
• Print design (business cards, flyers, brochures): 1–2 weeks from brief sign-off
• Website design & development: 4–8 weeks from brief sign-off
• E-commerce websites: 6–12 weeks from brief sign-off

Timelines are estimates only and are contingent on timely provision of content, feedback, and approvals from the client.

To ensure your project is completed on time and to the highest standard, clients are expected to:

• Provide all required content, assets, and information in a timely manner as agreed.
• Respond to design proofs and feedback requests within 5 business days.
• Nominate a single point of contact for approvals to avoid conflicting instructions.

Delays caused by late content or approvals from the client may affect the project timeline and are not the responsibility of Demiurge Designs.

Any changes to the agreed project scope — including additions, significant changes in direction, or new deliverables not outlined in the original quote — will be treated as a variation. A revised quote or change order will be issued for client approval before additional work commences. Verbal agreements are not binding; all scope changes must be confirmed in writing.

All creative work produced by Demiurge Designs remains the intellectual property of Demiurge Designs until full payment has been received. Upon receipt of final payment, full ownership of the agreed deliverables is transferred to the client. Demiurge Designs reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Should a client choose to cancel a project after work has commenced, the following applies:

• The initial deposit is non-refundable in all circumstances.
• If cancellation occurs after the deposit stage, any work completed beyond the deposit amount will be invoiced at a pro-rata rate based on time spent.
• No refunds will be issued for completed milestones that have been approved by the client.

All quotes and price estimates provided by Demiurge Designs are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be subject to change. Reconfirmation of pricing will be provided upon request.

Demiurge Designs treats all client information, project details, business data, and communications as strictly confidential. We do not share or disclose client information to third parties without explicit written consent, except where required by law.
